Providing excellent ventilation and reliable durability at an affordable price, this two-person tent measures 85" x 54" at its widest point, offering an interior area of 29.5 square feet and a peak height of 40 inches. The tent features a single vestibule that protects 7.85 square feet of storage space, and its pre-bent aluminum poles create extra room inside. The tent's design includes pockets at each corner to secure the pole ends, preventing the common issue of poles jumping out of the grommets. With a single door, the tent's walls are made of No-see-um mesh, and the floor is a tough 68 denier fabric, water-resistant up to 1800 mm. The tent body is protected by a waterproof 68 denier rainfly, and all seams are sealed to keep water out. The freestanding design allows for easy relocation to find the best campsite. The Kelty Late Start 2P comes with the brand's Shark Mouth stuff sack, designed for effortless packing. Additionally, the custom-fit Kelty Late Start 2P Footprint (sold separately) can further safeguard the tent from wet ground, roots, and rocks.
